kind of mission of telling the audience about the history. But nowadays, most
people think the work of the actor or actress is to entertain audiences.
Although there still a lot of history opera in the TV or film, most of them are
just edited into the way that audiences like. But more and more youth think
that to be an actor or actress is a kind of cool job which can perform their
artistic talent in front of the audiences. Still, nowadays, this career is
becoming more and more valuable because to be a good actor or actress is very
difficult.
About
work content, 1. Rehearsal before the
event, executive host of the company's hosting activities, and responsible for
the event to promote the atmosphere. 2. Performing or dubbing in stage plays, radio dramas, TV shows, videotapes, cartoons.3. Attend
the endorsement activities, marketing for endorsement products. 4. Conducting
publicity for the film and TV series performed, and making concerts with the company during the
exhibition time.5. Participate in some public welfare activities to enhance
their image
From 1111 website, we can see in nowadays
76% of the actor or actress is in high education. Compare with the '80s to '90s, the
basic of actor or actress’ requirement increase gradually. From the age chart, both
actor and actress start this job when they were 27 years old. About the salary of
concurrent job actor who under a year’s experience only could get 29,000.
However concurrent job actor who works more than 7 to 9 years has a high
probability in getting above 43,000. For the full-time job of actor their pay
is calculated by how many series or how much time they appear on the screen.

difficulty in effect or cast and crew's quality. Second, for a newbie, the
opportunities are limited because in this environment you need to search for
them by some channel of communications. Following the situations, we can know that
to work in nowadays’ entertainment industry is an issue. In here, except for TV
actor, Film actor and drama actor, we still have many types of actor and
actress (Peking opera actor, comedian, standup comedian, advertising actor, and
voice dubber. Etc.)
TYPE OF ACTOR
Screen:
Advertising actor:
1. Could be complete for short days
2. Should use 30 seconds to catch the
audience’s eyes
3. Most of the pays calculate in days or 班 ( 8 hours = 一班)
Drama actor:
1. Taiwan’s八點檔 takes about half years to complete
l More than 100 series.
l One series above 150 minutes.

skill of playing character then you need the fortune to make all of it come
true. So, at least ten years

How do they practice and improve their
skill during their own time?
Learning
is the most basic thing to improve skill. For example, there has a standard

So how to be a good actor or actress? First, you need to improve any
skill which will be used on the performance. For example: to improve emotions
expressing or to learn how to memorize the line faster even how to perform on
the stage. Second, you need to have a passionate personality because to be an
actor or actress without passion audiences could not understand the emotion
which this drama wants to express. Third, also the most important thing is that
you need to be empathy and realize others thinking because to complete a drama
is not only by a person, is a kind of teamwork. Know others feeling can make
the work smoother.

My interviewee mentioned three points.
First, If you want to work in the job you must have a passionate heart any work
needs some passion and to be actress, you need to work on the stage, you need
to stand in front of the audiences so confidence and passion both of them are
indispensable. Second, you need to improve your skill in order to have a
well-performance on the stage. Third, also is the most important thing. You
need to be empathy and must realize other's feeling because this work is 100%
percent of working with others so during improve your skill, you need to have a
well-cooperation with others.

difficulties we will meet. About benefits, first, you might become popular.
After people saw the work you play, they would know you. Then to become more
and more famous, more and more opportunities will be coming, and more and more
money will in your pockets. Second to work in this job the most important thing
is acting. In here no matter what kind of educational background you had is
fine.
DISADVANTAGES
For disadvantages this first, before you become famous you won’t have a
stable wage, but you still need to devote in for a long time. If people are not
having an insane passion for this job, they might give up very quickly. Second,
if you enter in with a low education background one day you notice that you are
not appropriate to work in this job, it will be very dangerous because you
don’t have any skill without acting.

INTERVIEWEE:
From my interviewee, he said the most
serious difficulty might be money. Why? I connected with three main points.
First, at the beginning of this work, we probably won't have a stable wage
because you are a newbie. In entertainment's world is a little bit different,
it doesn't like general business company if you fit in the job you can get a
stable salary every month. Then second because during the preparing you can't
find another job because it will disturb your preparing. Third, time is money,
how long you take, how much you paid.

From the website, we can learn some
interesting thing, from the website most of the page is talking about xxx
actress show how to lose the weight or xxx actress. Time or money this kind of
problem nearly on the searching page. This is the most different thing I found
on the website.
The thing that interviewee want to say.
To the students who want to work in, all of us have a dream in our
mind. It's a wonderful thing that our soul advocate and desire for freedom. Of course, the
reality notices us that do not make the daydream. But dreaming is intoxicating,
don't give up embracing it when we are young. When you "Fall down"
then just "Stand up".
CONCLUSION
I think that different occupation has
different content and difficulties. Just like the teacher said don't afraid of
fails because everyone makes the faults and some of them even can't count how
many times of their fails. Don't afraid of falling, you can stand up again and
again. Form this project I can more realize what kind of abilities I need no
matter is social one or self-improving. Also, I can make the loss to the lowest
after having the answer to the difficulties in the job.
After searching the materials, I can see the different type of actor or
actress’ content, their salary or even the history of the devolvement. Though I
have no idea about which I want to choose, know more about them still is a good
thing.
